Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ring, you can return or exchange it within 30 days in its original, unworn condition for an exchange or full refund. This return or exchange policy is limited to one ring per 30 days. Additional ring returns or exchanges are subject to a $30 restocking fee. Please see below for return policy specific to custom and engraved rings.

  1. Contact our Customer Care department at 1-888-465-3817 or customercare@tritonjewelry.com  to request a Return Authorization number.  Please also briefly describe the reason for the return.
  2. We will give you a Return Authorization number.
  3. Simply mail your return package back to us preferably in the original jewelry box packed inside a small box. Important – the Return Authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or the return will not be accepted
  4. All refunds and exchanges will be processed within one week of receipt.  Exchanges will be processed within ten days.
  5. For repairs please allow for 2 weeks processing.

Custom / Engraved Rings

Due to the personalized nature of Custom and Engraved rings made specifically for you, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. 

Therefore, it is very important that you order the correct size at the time of purchase. Please use our ring sizing tools to help determine your correct size.

Store Purchased Rings

Items purchased from Authorized Triton retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
